- Regular License
One domain use only. A regular license allows an item to be used in one project use by you or on behalf of a client.
- Extended License
Can be used in multiple domain . An extended license allows an item to be used in multiple project use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resale and distribution is not permitted.
- Exclusive License
We will provide you full copyright and will take down the item from our market. An exclusive license allows an item to be used in anywhere and as you want. The item can be offered for resale, resale in any marketplace and distribution is permitted.

All themes, templates, contents and code sources on our website are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They may not be copied without the express permission of PATHWEL CENTER .
PATHWEL CENTER reserves all rights for the material described above. Re-use or re-selling of any of content and scripts for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited. Copyright of authors Templates, Scripts, Plugins and Themes belongs to PATHWEL CENTER and you may use them within the limits allowed by their license.

At PATHWEL CENTER , we always try to make our customers satisfied with our item they’ve purchased from us. If you’re having trouble with our product or believe it is defective or you’re feeling frustrated, then please email us: info@pathwel.org.pkto report your defective script and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged Script or template, we will ask you Base URL (where you install our system), purchase code and a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service. support@ninosystems.org.pk
No refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
- Product is completely non-functional.
- Product description was fully misleading.
- Asked for Support and didn’t get any response in five (5) business day.
– then you do have the option to request a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
- It has expired more than 3 days after purchase and you even didn’t add at least one ticket to our support with a real issue.
- Promotional Item / Discount Item / Bundle Offer items are non-refundable.
- You have changed your mind about an item.
- You bought an item by mistake and the item was downloaded by you.
- The item was bought by your employee or friends from your account which he/she had legal access.
- You refused provide to our support staff access to your website or cPanel access to investigate our product you are having issue with.
PATHWEL CENTER offers a full or partial refund within 21 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case PATHWEL CENTER has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that:
- Refunds can take up to 21-35 days to reflect in your account.
- We normally charge 20% as Refund Processing fee.
- You can cancel your account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- You will be unable to download or use item when you claim for refund.
